PRLog (Press Release) – Nov. 1, 2013 – BALTIMORE — Baltimore, Maryland, USA — November 01, 2013 — Hands of Support,today announced it has become a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER), demonstrating its ability to meet Microsoft academic customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment. To earn a Microsoft AER authorization, partners must complete a test to prove their level of academic licensing and market expertise.
The AER program is designed to train participating resellers on Microsoft’s Academic licensing, authorize them to purchase and resell Microsoft Academic licenses, and demonstrate to potential customers that they are approved and knowledgeable academic partners.
Hands of Support is a privately held company founded in 2009. We own a facility in Baltimore, MD that serves as our corporate office and staging warehouse. We have enjoyed consistent annual growth based primarily on client referrals.
Our organization provides support, management, and expert advice in the areas of Computer System Configuration and Upgrades, Network Infrastructure Design and Deployment, Virus Removal and Systems Security Services, and Remote, Phone and In Person PC and Systems Support.
